A team of 37 members of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) and the Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding (IFGTB) visited the Uravu Bamboo Grove Resort on 8 February 2024. This was part of their study tour on bamboo value addition for KVK personnel and personnel from State Agriculture and Horticulture Departments of the southern states of India. The team was keen to know how bamboo is being treated here. Sivaraj T, Hameed, Angshuman explained them about the applications and treatment of bamboo.
