Amal currently works as a manager of Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd.,
where he heads the skill assessment vertical of the company. He has worked on
various research projects and handled coordinating roles in multi-state as well
as multi-national partnerships and engagements in skill development. For
instance, Amal managed a national-level team of assessors and coordinators for
conducting assessments of candidates under the guidelines of the Modular
Employability Scheme (MES) for the Ministry of Skill Development and
Entrepreneurship, Government of India. He was also part of a study on the
potential of natural fibre-based livelihood promotion for the Government of
Tripura.

Amal is working in an advisory role with Uravu Eco Links. His expertise in skill
development is an asset for projects on the development of bamboo-based
livelihoods.
